Everyone has something they don’t like about their bodies…
Before I got into the vitamin journey section in the blog,
you might have noticed that I am huge fan of “love your body” and believe that
this is truly the first step to leading a healthy life. Many times this is the
hardest part: learning to accept yourself, just the way you are!
