Here it is...

Trying to lower amount of added sugar you have per day?

Here are some ways to do so ;)

Add fresh or dried fruits...they add extra flavor, color and sweetness!

And don't forget to use spices..cinnamon, vanilla, ginger....the sky is the limit!
