Day 6 celebrating Nutrition
Friday's almost here! Excited? Me too! The idea of getting a few extra hours of sleep sounds heavenly! :)
Speaking of which, tip number 6...not so much to do directly with nutrition but still very important for your health:
Aim to sleep 7-8 hours per night
